That is why our head baker Michael has been cheif judge of 'The Great Christmas Pie Competition' for the last 4 years. They are made with traditional ingredients such as - Autumn picked apples, Hawkes Bay Oranges, Lemons from Tauranga, A grade Turkish Sultanas, Greek currents, Jonnie Walker whiskey, a blend of Captain Morgan rum and Corruba Spiced blend rum, Old Taskers Sherry, brown sugar and spice and all things nice.
