Glazed Fruit Cake
Our aged and Glazed Christmas fruit cake it made just like nana would have made. All natural ingredients including 100% New Zealand Butter, eggs, New Zealand Distilled rum from Blenhiem and carefully hand selected fruit. It is glazed with a selection of dried fruits, nuts, cherries and glazed with a Barkers of Geraldine apricot jam. It is presented in a decorative box and will make a fantastic gift.
